Engadget recently ran several benchmarks on a pre production Motorola RAZR i .They even compared the results with the Motorola Droid RAZR M,which has a dual core Snapdragon S4 running at 1.5 GHz as well as a ZTE Grand X IN Which has a 1.6 GHz Intel Medfield Chip.

Of course, there's always the possibility that the RAZR i's scores might improve once its software gets finalized. How the smartphone performs on a day-to-day basis will become known soon after it is released on the market, which is scheduled to happen next month.
